Had both, currently only have the Ventris. Preferred the sound of the Mercury 7 but the lack of on-board presets and the useless-ness (IMO) of the swell footswitch sent it packing. Change that swell switch to an A/B preset and reverb build/oscillation hold (like you can program the Ventris to do) and it would be back on my board in a split second. -
